Tyngsborough Police Arrest and Charge Man with Breaking Into Vehicles

TYNGSBOROUGH — Police Chief Shaun Woods reports that the Tyngsborough Police Department arrested and charged a New Hampshire man with breaking into vehicles at a local car dealership overnight.

MICHAEL FEOLE, AGE 34, OF NASHUA, N.H., was arrested and charged with:

  • Breaking and Entering Into a Vehicle at Nighttime (Three Counts)
  • Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle
  • Unregistered Motor Vehicle

On Wednesday, Nov. 6, at approximately 3:55 a.m., Tyngsborough Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at a car dealership at 273 Middlesex Road.

The dealership owner alerted police to a man who was opening vehicle doors on the dealership’s lot. Officers Travis MacMurdo and Bryan Carter arrived on scene and located FEOLE at the dealership.

An on-scene investigation that involved reviewing video surveillance led to FEOLE’s arrest. FEOLE was additionally charged with driving an unregistered vehicle without a valid license.

FEOLE is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Lowell District Court.

“I want to remind the community of the importance of promptly reporting suspicious activities,” said Chief Woods. “By working together with us, community members can prevent potential crimes and aid law enforcement in maintaining public safety.”

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
