Message from the Chief

On behalf of our team at the Tyngsborough Police Department I welcome you to our newly constructed website.  The new design is intended to provide residents with quick access to important information concerning our police department, the town, the various programs we offer, as well as to provide important news updates and resources.

I’ve had the honor of leading The Tyngsborough Police Department since 2013.  We have an amazing team who are dedicated to our profession, community and those who visit.  Our agency is a progressive, community oriented police department which provides both traditional and non-traditional police service to a town of approximately 13,000 residents located in the Merrimack Valley.

The Department promotes a philosophy that encourages the residents of Tyngsborough to take an active role in establishing and promoting a safe community. We welcome input and suggestions on what we can do to expand our services to the community.

These partnerships help prioritize and identify problems so we can work together collaboratively on issues that arise.   As a community oriented police department, we are always looking for ways to interact with our community. We recognize that our mission is, and will continue to be, one of service to the community and commitment to excellence.
